About Us
Founded in 2020 by husband and wife duo Tiarne & Daniel Bova, the space is like no other.
Beautifully interior designed, offering more than any regular gym, with an
amazing gym floor, recovery room & weights room
Dan has been in the fitness industry for 8 years. After 5 years of owning and directing 3 world-class F45 studios, Dan noticed a gap in the market and wanted to build a space, for what he believed was missing in the fitness industry.
It was the perfect time for Dan to go out on his own and open his dream gym THE YARD in his own 'backyard'- The Sutherland Shire, Sydney NSW.
Tiarne has been part of the fashion industry for 10 years, working for Cosmopolitan Magazine as a stylist & co-owning the fashion label ZALIAH. Tiarne has always been passionate about interior design and has had a clear vision for the marketing, aesthetics & merchandise from the get go.
