At The Yard Gym, our programming is built on four fundamental training principles: progression, overload, specificity, and individualization. Our system balances variety and structure, giving our members the freedom to train in different ways, while maintaining consistency in effort and outcomes.
Our core classes, RIG and TURF, work hand-in-hand blending strength and endurance to help you build a strong, capable body. Supporting these are our signature sessions of PAYDAY and GAMEDAY—hybrid workouts that fuel friendly competition and create a powerful sense of community within the gym.

While there are a few parking spots directly outside the gym within the complex, ample street parking and additional spaces around the block are readily available. The nearest bus stop is on Victoria Road, just after Buller Street. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk, approximately 400 metres, down Buller Street and onto Grose Street.
At Team Parramatta, we’re more than just colleagues - we’re a family. From our trainers and front-of-house crew to our management team, we work together to make sure everyone feels included and valued. We pride ourselves on being approachable and believe that everything’s better with a bit of laughter!
Our TYG is known for its vibrant atmosphere and inclusive community spirit. Our members often enjoy gathering at a local coffee spot after morning sessions – everyone is welcome to join! Our trainers are skilled at pushing you to achieve your best while respecting individual limits and tailoring workouts accordingly. We offer a Creche, Run Club, and Yoga.

Our crèche provides a safe and fun environment for your children, allowing you to focus on your fitness goals. We offer supervised childcare for young children, so you can enjoy your workout with peace of mind.
RUN CLUB
Our community comes together one morning a week and smashes out a 30 minute run. Coffee is always on the cards afterwards.
