We have eight on-site parking spaces, along with several street parking options nearby on Byre Ave, Paringa Ave, Wilton Ave, College Road, and Eaton Road. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your session to allow time for parking. Please note parking restrictions on Brighton Road (permitted 9 AM – 4 PM, Monday to Friday, and on weekends; bike lane 7 AM – 9 AM and 4 PM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday). We're also easily accessible via public transport, with the closest bus stop just a short walk away (approx. 150m).&nbsp;

TYG Kew is easy to reach by both car and public transport. You’ll find convenient street parking right outside on High Street, with additional spots available in the nearby side streets. For public transport users, the Harp Road / High Street tram stop (Route 48) is just a one-minute walk from the studio. Several bus routes also service the area, and the studio is easily accessible via a short tram or bus ride from nearby train stations.

We have plenty of parking available, including on-site parking directly in front of Unit 2 (please avoid Unit 1), free street parking at all times, and a large council car park just 100 metres away with 300 spaces open 24/7. We're also conveniently located just 1km from Kingsgrove train station—an easy walk along the M5 walking track to Garema Circuit.

We're like a second family here. Our priority is building relationships with each member so that we can tailor our coaching approach to suit each individual and their needs. We like to have a good time, so you can expect guidance, a big push, and plenty of banter. The gym is owner-operated, and all staff/owners get involved in the classes and training.

It's all about the people. We know how intimidating the gym can be, and we pride ourselves on our community and ensuring that each person who walks through our doors feels safe and welcome, not just by the staff but also by other members. We offer a Creche, Run Club, Pilates, Stretch, Boxing, Lunch sessions, and Sunday sessions.

The Yard Kingsgrove changed my life physically, mentally, emotionally and in every positive way possible. I have gained not only strength, endurance but also confidence and friends for life. There is plenty of parking available on the Main Street, directly in front of the gym. You can also find street parking at the back of the gym on Fawcett Street. The closest bus station is conveniently located just on the other side of Wigmore Arcade, on Tamar Street.

LOVE THIS GYM! The culture of this gym and vibe is amazing. The coaches are incredible and knowledgeable - extremely supportive and welcoming. Our location is conveniently tucked away for easy access. Simply turn into the driveway behind the Forecast Clothing building and drive to the back — you'll find us right there. For those using public transport, we're just a short walk from bus stops located on Governor Macquarie Drive and Epsom Road.

There’s plenty of onsite parking available. If you're taking public transport, bus routes 903 and M90 connect Chipping Norton to Liverpool and the wider Sydney area. From Liverpool Station, you can access train lines T2, T3, T5, and T8 for easy travel across the city.
