Our final challenge of 2025 kicks off Monday, September 29 - Saturday, November 9. The 6-Week Take Care Challenge is your chance to reconnect with yourself, prioritise well-being, and build habits that last beyond the six weeks.

This challenge is about balance, not perfection - moving with purpose, fuelling your body, and giving yourself the time to recover and recharge. Alongside your training, you’ll dive into practical nutrition, recovery strategies, and community events designed to support both body and mind.

With the backing of your coaches and community, you’ll finish the year stronger, healthier, and ready to carry these changes into 2026.

    Challenge events are all about connection and support - from community sessions and Pilates to recovery workshops and more, each one is designed to help you get the most out of your journey.

    Structured strength and conditioning program to help you train with purpose and see real progress.

    Lifestyle and wellbeing tips are built into the Challenge to help you create balance outside the gym — from simple mindset tools to daily habits that strengthen your mental health and set you up for long-term success.

  5. Nutrition Support

    Practical tips, recipes books and nutrition guidance from our in house nutritionist to fuel your training and boost recovery.

  6. Community Support

    Stay motivated with exclusive support groups and a team that’s got your back.

WHAT'S THE COST?

Member - Registration Fee:
There will be a registration fee that covers all things challenge! Your before and after body scans, nutrition booklet, access to our exclusive community group and all challenge events!

Non Member - Registration + Membership Fee:
The registration fee covers your before and after body scans, nutrition booklet, access to our exclusive community group and all challenge events. As you enjoy the challenge, you will sign up as a member with us where you will have access to our boutique facilities and all strength & conditioning group sessions.
