The Yard Gym at Terrigal has easily become the highlight of my day. The trainers, front of house, owners and members are the most supportive and fun community. My husband and I recently completed the 6 week challenge and it was like no other. I was initially hesitant to join group training after years in commercial gyms but now I’ll never look back. Definitely worth a trial!

Alana Sheens

The Yard is amazing! Every workout has been challenging in the best way possible. I have been training for years and years at many gyms, and have really found my fitness has significantly improved since starting here. Everyone is really supportive and encouraging rather than competitive. I love the choice of session you can do each day tailoring to your own needs, thought I’d only be there a short time but haven’t left! A breath of fresh air and helped me find the fun in health and fitness again."

"The Yard Gym Burwood is actually the best! The atmosphere is always welcoming, the facility is clean, and the coaches are both knowledgeable and supportive. They’re there to guide you every step of the way, offering encouragement that feels gentle yet motivating at the same time. I love the variety in each session and the friendships I’ve built along the way. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a wonderful community that makes every morning something to look forward to!"
