The 6-week Train Yard, Train Smart Performance Based Challenge is designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and boost mental toughness through a focused, goal-driven program.

You’ll start by testing your baseline fitness, then finish with a final test to see your progress. This challenge isn’t just about workouts - it’s about training smarter, pushing your limits, and feeling stronger every day.
