Over 56 days, you’ll follow clear non-negotiables: track progress daily, remove alcohol and junk food, introduce weekly discomfort, and train exclusively at The Yard. By anchoring training, nutrition, hydration, and focus into daily standards, YARD 56 turns effort into habit - and habit into standard.
